Owner's Locker annual fee question

Does the fee cover 12 months from when you sign up or is this per calendar year (and is it then pro rated depending on when you sign up?). Haven't been able to figure this one out.

Your year will begin when you first use the service so there is no problem signing up in advance.

My understanding is the date OL picks up your locker from your first visit is what your anniversary date will be.

Doc and MinnieGirl33 are right on the money. It's sort of like a use year but we go by the actual day. Your year begins the day your Locker comes into the warehouse loaded with your personal items the first time. We call this your Anniversary Date. And your storage/delivery plan runs from that date for one year.
