I think the official answer might be no but I've never had a problem using the shower & changing facilities at Sturdy Branches.

I get conflicting answers at different resorts. Some have said sure use the gym & others have said no that's not allowed. Disney consistency at it's finest. I've given up asking & just use the shower in the gym.

If the shower/changing room is in the fitness center, you should be able to use it since that's open to all resort guests.
If the shower/changing room is a spa, it will be up to the spa as to whether you can use them since those facilities are at an additional cost.

Be sure to allow yourself plenty of time. At some resorts there is just one shower in each changing room (in other words, one shower for the ladies, one shower for the guys) and if there is a parent and a couple of kids in the shower when you enter the changing room, you could have a bit of a wait.

Yes, there is a restroom with shower that is in the Villas building. The normal entry is from the outside towards the old Hidden Springs pool but it can be accessed thru the gym too. I'm not certain if the outer door is open now or not.

Ask? Hmmm....never thought of that.

AFAIK the only one that has gotten crazy is BC/BCV when they stopped allowing use of the shower in the work out/spa area. But I just read on the resorts board that they seem to be adding showers to the pool restroom area there. Never should have stopped the one until they had the other IMO but at least they seem to be finally rectifying the issue.
