Overwheming!!!

I'd been reading about WDW and all about it for 2 months back and I was getting ready for going. Then H1N1 came, scared the heck out of us so we postponed the trip. Now seeing all his friends going on vacation and seeing all the snow piling up outside, my DH(not so dear!!!) rushes me to get everything ready to leave on the 24/Feb. And he just booked the flight last night at 2AM!!! Can you all experts help me find the all the buffets at WDW. My eyes are going to explode and my mind is going to shut down because of information overloaded . Thanks

Breakfast buffets -- Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Princess Breakfast at Akershus (Norway at Epcot), Ohanas, Cape May Cafe, Boma (no characters), Cinderella's Royal Table, 1900 Park Fare

Lunch buffets -- Biergarten (no characters), Princess at Akershus, Cinderella's Royal Table (not sure about lunch here)

Dinner buffets -- Biergarten (no characters), Cape May Cafe (no characters), Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Princess at Akershus, 1900 Park Fare, Boma (no characters), Garden Grill (The Land at Epcot)

I may have missed a few. However, with this short of notice you are going to have problems booking the most popular ones. I'd go to online dining and see what you can find. Good luck.

Crystal Palace may still be closed make sure you check that out before booking. A hint about Cape May for dinner. I have been told by the greeters there that if you show up at around 5:30 when it opens you can usually be seated quickly without a reservation.

Thanks for that...forgot CP was closed that long. Liberty Tree is having a character meal while CP is closed. Thanks, Hazzard101.
