Overwhelming trip.

I'm new to this site so I don't know if it's ok to start a thread but here goes! So we arrived back from our last trip about a month ago (we've been 3 times in the past 3 years) but for some reason this trip just felt different. The weather was beautiful but super hot. Our resort (Pop Century) seemed so crowded and we ran into quite a few people who didn't have great "park etiquette" i.e. children running around unattended at the pool, kids on shoulders for fireworks etc. Am I getting old and cranky or are these things other people are running into?

I think you always run the risk of running into that type of thing, but when the temperatures are high and you have that many people I feel like it happens more often. Lots of hot, cranky people and it can happen.
