Hi
I am staying at BWV jan 11-16 and it is myself, Dh, DD and my Ds who will be 19 months, my grandfather lives in Ft Lauderdale and we were thinking of asking him to come down for a night, we will be in a 1 bedroom, so it will be tight but since matthew will be in a crib I think we can still have 4 people plus the baby.

My question is, can we invite him even if the reservation is only for 4 people. and if so do we just register his car?

any advice? has anyone ever done this?

thanks

Sure. When you check in, just tell them you have a party of four plus a baby/toddler in a crib. They'll give you enough card keys and parking passes.

You're within occupancy rules.

There have been several times when we've had guests for part of of our stay. We just get the card keys and parking passes at check-in.

It will be tight in the room. Either someone will have to share a bed with Grandpa, or you'll need to bring a sleeping bag for someone to sleep on the floor.

Since you are within the room occupancy limits (4 adults and one child under 3), you might just want to add his name to your reservation. Then you don't have to worry about it...and nobody is going to do bed checks to make sure everyone is there every night.
