Overdue Update on my Jeep

Well, I hope you all remember me from this past summer. I had the New Grand Cherokee that had the leak in the overhead concole by the sunroof problem that the Chrysler dealer I had purchased it from tried to fix numerous times but couldn't. Well, long story shorter.... I finally got my new Cherokee. Yep, Chrysler replaced it with a new one. I had a 2008, and Chrysler replaced it with a 2009. It had to manufacturers invoice for invoice though. So I am minus a couple of options but since the car is a year newer and the warranty and satellite radio started all over again I thought it was a good compromise. I gave up the high density headlamps and I went from the hemi engine to a V-6. Better gas mileage anyway.

And I did this all on my own, not through the lemon law, but through the dealer and Chrysler direct. I had originally contacted an attorney, but he said I should take whatever I could get, being that Chrysler was in the shape it was in.

So all is well and I am happy. Happy holidays to everyone.

Congrats! Persistance is a virtue.

I don't recall the story...but I have Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo on its last tires! It's 1998 with 171k miles. Some complain about Chrysler, but I have gotten my monies worth. Unexpected budget buster last week, I had to replace my radiator. YIK! It's about time to trade which I dread bc I have not had a car payment for years. it's so hard to say goodbye to such a great car.
