Outstanding Server Award

Ed at FF and Sabeeb (it doesn't say that on his name tag though) at The Crew's Cup are both wonderful!

Cousin Chris at 50's Prime Time was an absolute riot back in 2006 - don't know if he's still there.:thumbsup2

We also had an outstanding server at LTT, but I can't, for the life of me, remember his name - he was totally on top of things every minute. :thumbsup2

Patrick at Le Cellier. We ate there on the (2007) dining plan, and he was so excellent I gave him an extra $10 tip.

Mike from Fort Lee, NJ at Tusker House. We got him as our server at Donald's Breakfast Safari back in December. He went above and beyond serving us when Donald snubbed us. Mike took us over to have our own personal meet and greet with Donald before we left. Right after we left Tusker House I went straight to Guest Relations to complete a comment card about him.

And my favorite is Ken B. Crasey (aka Chad) at Whispering Canyon Cafe. We have breakfast there every time we go to WDW, and I always ask for Chad to be my server if he's working that day.

Oh dear God...we had Cousin Chris also, a ways back. He was hysterical. He is the reason my dd's friend will not go back to 50's....he really scared her. My dd loved him though. Haven't seen him for awhile...were just there last month and no sign of him.
We've had Barry at LeCellier and he was terrific. Also had a young lady there last month...think her name was Lauren. We had the nicest chat with her...and she was very good friends with Barry!
I have to remember to take note of our servers names in the future. I have had some really terrific ones and would love to mention them..they deserve it.

I do see how he could have been a little scary - he wasn't afraid to "emote".:rotfl: Loved how he called my big old burly DH "Skippy". He had my sides splitting I was laughing so hard.

And the lady at the table next to us (a grown lady) put her veggies in a napkin and held it on her lap because she was too scared that Chris would reprimand her for not eating them.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

i wish i remembered his name... but our waiter at Mama Melrose's was OUTSTANDING!! so much so that we spoke w/a manager and filled out a special certificate! he made a great meal even greater :)

Neil at Donald's breakfast is our all time fave server... he remembers us from visit to visit (annually) and always goes out of his way to have fun with us and make our meal memorable!

Here's Cousin Chris!:cool1:

Jessica at Chef Mickey's! She was so great! We will never forget her!

We were lucky enough to have had many great servers this trip!

The standouts were:

Albert and Allen at Boma Breakfast.
Could not have been better - funny, attentive - personality plus! They made the breakfast so enjoyable - a great way to start the morning.

Desnise at the YC (breakfast) - so sweet to my 2 DD's!

Nancy at Tusker House breakfast
Made sure that Donald knew that DD6 was still holding a grudge against Donald for stealing her Mickey Mouse Sticker last trip - the resulting interaction was priceless!

Ahnaf at the Crystal Palace Dinner.
Attentive and so sweet!

John at Raglan Road
Friendly, attentive and great fun!

Cheers-
~Luthien

We had a wonderful server at Artist Point - an Asian lady, and I think her name was Pok, but I may be wrong. I've seen her mentioned on the boards before, and she gave us truly outstanding service.

Sherrie at Jiko. One of the best servers we've had in any restaurant, anywhere.

The best server we had on our most recent trip was Nelson at Narcoossee's. His suggestions were wonderful and he was very attentive. It was my daughter's birthday and he went out of his way to make it special for her....bowing to her and calling her princess the entire evening. :)

All of our servers were great last June, but the one that stands out was our waiter at Boma (his name might have been Paul, but I would not swear to it). He was great, offering all sorts of suggestions, and very attentive. What cracked me up was our son, who was seven so you would think it would be a neat eater, had a ton of spaghetti sauce all over his shirt, and our waiter came along and said, "Connor, you are a mess!" He proceeded to pick up a napkin and wipe our son's shirt! That won points in my book for some reason. :thumbsup2

Dorothy C. at Cape May Cafe Breakfast- always attentive, always refills drinks without being asked, asks if you want clean silverware.

Mark - Yachtsman Steakhouse - very attentive without being a burden and extemely professional

Beverly at Kona Cafe Breakfast - always smiling, attentive and just a great server!

My top 3 to see every trip if possible. I average 6-8 trips a year.

We just got back Feb 2nd. Our best service was a man from Italy at the flying fish. He was funny and delightful. I wish I could rember his name. He was an older man with a very heavy Italian accent. Our waiter at Cal grill was very good also. My husband gave them both extra tips because the service was so superior. We had to pay 2 dining tickets at both of these rest. but after the wonderful service we did not mind.

Maria at Beaches and Cream was wonderful. She was very attentive, and when she delivered our check, she also brought us another refill of our sodas in "to-go" cups.

We had Maria too-just a few weeks ago!:goodvibes
We thought she was very sweet & smiley. She was a great server & made us feel so welcome.
I hope we get to have her again on our next trip! :thumbsup2

Danny N. at Citrico's - hands down the best server at WDW...he made out dinner at Citrico's as perfect as anyone could ever wish and was so friendly and happy...truly a man with a great heart and who enjoys his job. Wish my wallet could afford to eat there more often!
