Outside Florist-Sea Breeze Point Decorated?

I'm getting married at Sea Breeze Point in December 2009. Since there are no decorations provided at this site, I would like to decorate. I read somewhere WDW is willing to sell this to a couple but their prices are quite high. I am looking for a recommendation in the Orlando area for an outside florist. Have you encountered this?

I read a couple is allowed to use an outside florist for any additional floral items and there is no set-up fee. Is this true? Also would the florist provide chair covers, ribbons etc.??

I have seen a few pictures on how Sea Breeze Point can be decorated, does anyone have pictures to share?

I do believe that any floral other than personal floral (like corsages and bouquets) must be provided by Disney floral, because the wedding is outside in a "public viewing" area.

That is correct. All floral, decor, chairs, linens, etc. must be provided by the Walt Disney World Florist. However, if you give them a budget, they can work with you on it.
