Sprouts is a "Farmers Market" store. They sell some of the same stuff you would find at Whole Foods. They have a bulk area and a lot of organic foods.

Uva Bar is good. Downtown Disney.

You might like Thuyền Viên Restaurant which is an all vegetarian Vietnamese place with fake meat dishes. We do.

Go to Fullerton. They have some pretty good places to eat and its only a couple minutes to drive or uber.

Uva is downtown Disney. Thuyen is 1.5 miles away so about a 7 minute Uber/Lyft/Taxi ride. I imagine it will be longer if you drive yourself walking to your car etc...
