Outside at the Rose and Crown?

I got a 7:50 PS for the Rose and Crown but the cast member said I'd have to request outside seating at the podium when I arrived. Of course, I'm hoping to be outside for Illuminations.

Has anyone been able to get outside seating noted on the PS? If you get inside seating, can you go out to the patio to watch? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Illuminations starts at 9:00PM. See if you can get a 7:30PM PS.

They do not note your request on your PS. It up to you to make it happen.

Go to the poduim (ck-in) 1/2 hour prior to PS and request a table outside to view illuminations. Thank them and state you do not mind waiting a bit for the patio table.

If you do not get a patio table and you are seated inside, you can go out and view but don't block the people's view who have a patio table. You will be kindly asked to move.

We sat inside due to the weather for dinner, and
then a castmember helped us to a viewing area out
on the patio that would not be in the way of others.

We were there during the summer and this actually
worked out better. I'd prefer not to eat in the
heat and humidity, so being inside was no big deal.
