OUTLET STORES IN ORLANDO FOR DISNEY STUFF

So many ask I thought I would post this information:

there are three outlet stores near disneyworld,
no need to drive an hour away.

and one called Character Premiere



they have last year things as well as up to date clearanced items
it is great to go here before shopping at the parks... great deals and bargins!!

How far are these from Disney?

The outlet at premier outlets is only a couple of miles form DTD. Belz outlet is a little further but only about 15 minutes away depending on traffic.

There is also a small outlet in Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores on 535, really close to Disney. The Beltz outlets are further but still within 15 miles.

I've found the most at the Beltz outlets and a few things at the others. Many times they have the same merchandise but some of the stores might have a larger selection and some addtional sizes.

My top finds the last trip were a Cinderella's Castle model sheet figurine. (Regular $85 - Outlet $30) . A Tree of Life poster (Regular $30 - Outlet $14) . Several xmas items for 50% off and the regular t-shirts etc. Clothing is usually more than 50% off at the outlets. My 12yo DD found several t's she liked that were about $8 at the outlet and we saw them in the parks for $25.

We found great deals at the Belz outlet in a Disney store. I think it is called the Character Primere???? Anyway, cute little misses T's for $4.99 and one for $8.99. Two days later we found the exact same T's at MGM for $25.00 each!!!!!!
I also noticed that they had CD's for almost half price.

We don't make a trip to WDW without going to Belz - there are actually 2 character stores within Belz but they are in different buildings. They pretty much have the same stuff, but slightly different. I love these outlet stores - our closets are full of Disney clothes bought for a fraction of the original cost...there really are some great deals there!!!

I have to laugh secretly after we have bought a few goodies at these outlet stores and we make our way back to the parks and resorts - I see everybody shopping for all the Disney items at full price...not us!!!

Do the outlet stores also sell pins for traders? What prices can you get?

It depends on how old the pin is. I went there in hopes of picking up some cheap traders. But was very disapointed.

The newer ones went for the same price as the parks, no discount.

While some others that I have in my own collection from 2000, were going for $3.99 or $4.99. And they limit the number of the discounted ones that you can buy, that is if you can find them.

We bought a wooden kitchen clock (mickey shape) at half price from the park price.

Got it home never told the right time, always slow even though you changed the batteries every week ......

We loved the clock but to get it fixed, cost more than the clock !
