Outlet Stores in Northern California?

Does anyone know of a Disney Outlet Store that is open in Northern California?? or Have you heard that one might be opening??? I know there is one near DL but looking for one up North.. Thanks

Where in NorCal? There's one in Gilroy which is pretty good. The one in Tracy stinks.

I would love to know also! We are going to DL next month and I like to get my girls new Disney pj's everytime we go on a disney vacation and I haven't done that yet.

I have looked and looked. I do know for sure that there isn't one in Vacaville! During my search, I read a website that said that the outlet moves around and is not located in one specific place longterm. However, I'm not sure if I'm right.

I have watched the roving stores fade away in the past year or two. Only the permanent stores are listed on the site now. Maybe beacuse of the economy they are not doing the temporary stores?

I knew the Character Warehouses were owned by a different company..but what I didn't know is that Disney has outlet stores?? Where are those located at??

I thought the Disney Outlet Store (run by the Disney company) was only an online store (disneyoutlet.com). Are there actual retail stores too? The stores run by AMS are called Disney Character Warehouse Outlet Stores on their website, so I believe that people sometimes use the words "Character Warehouse" and "Outlet Stores" interchangably to mean the same retail stores.

So I called the AMS Character Warehouse Home office and asked them if they were going to open up any new "temp" stores.. The person I spoke with was super friendly and said they are holding off for right now and the near future. He mentioned that you can shop on line from them through their website and he was the one who was actually working on it right then. More merachandise to come soon he said. But here was the neat thing..he said you can call one of their 4 permanet stores and order by phone. Just tell them what you are looking for and they can ship it to you. They can also take a picture and e-mail it to you if you would like them too. Probelm Solved!

Thanks for this info. ! It's great to know that they are doing online sales now, but it looks like maybe they are just getting set up. I checked their website and they hardly have anything on there at this time, and no clothing at all. Hopefully, they'll add more things soon.
