Arts and Crafts outdoor Ribbon for Bows?

What type of ribbon would anyone recommend using for bows that would be attached to antennas or doors. We want to support our local sheriffs and police by using blue ribbons. I just don't know what type of ribbon will hold up to both rain and heavy heat and sun down here in the keys.
