Outdoor Events - Canopy / Other Shading

Hi everyone. For those of you that had, or will have, outdoor receptions or cocktail hours, did you have a canopy or any other type of shading? If so, can you describe what you had and what it cost, if you don't mind sharing that information.

I would like to have some sort of shading in the "cocktail / mingle / relax" area of our reception area (Italy Isola West). I imagine a canopy is out of our budget, but would just like an idea of what others have done. Thanks all!
