Outdoor dining or to go to our hotel

Prefer outdoor dining this upcoming trip. Where are best places and also I know that you can do the shake from Toothsome to go but my DD really loves their meatloaf. Any idea if I can get that to go? Can take it back to our hotel...

Today Cafe and Mel’s Diner had some outside seating. Can’t remember if Richter’s did. Sorry no clue about Toothsome.
