Outback Steakhouse Bread??

Hi, I'm struggling to fit in all of our favourite restarurants on this trip (we are only there for 24 days so its obviously tough!!! )

We haven't been for 5 years so wanted to know if the Outback still does those loaves of bread (they are really dark in colour and very delicious!! )

Sounds sad, but the answer will determine whether it is still on our 'must do' list!!!

Next week we go for only 14 nights, 4 of them on Disney cruise, so we have no chance of fitting in all our eateries.
Back for 24 nights in August more chance then but we will still struggle.

Went to Outback last October and yes, they still do that gorgeous bread and, of course, the blooming onion!

Texas Roadhouse do one also, had just opened last August. We will be ordering one there at about 7:30pm on Saturday 29th. Now my mouth is watering.

Johnny- I seem to remember that you often get takeout from Outback (sorry if I've got that wrong!! ) - can you still get the bread if you do that????

Ohh going to add that as my must do in dec. Its such a struggle fitting thing in on a 3 week holiday isnt it? Even though I have changed our VH into virgin flydrive (addonitus with dvc) I am trying so hard to convince DH to extend our holiday (currently 1 -22 nd dec) to 1st to 30th Dec, not having a bar of it at mo though!!
OT He has told me that we have to have a year off WDW in 2009, even our annual week get away from the kiddies anniversary trip in feb, personally i think that grounds for divorce, anyone know a good lawyer

whilst i dont wish to lower the tone of this thread, outback bread is commonly known as 'poo' bread referring to its shape and colour!

Two bits of advice;

You now need to ask for 'poo' bread as our waitress said they no longer bring it to our table automatically.

Ask for your steak 'outback style' at lake buena vista as the chef there seems to be cooking them european style ie. ask for medium and it will come blue

Definately worth a visit though must enjoyable!

We ate in outback on our hols for first time couple of weeks ago, we were to embarassed to ask our server why it was brown, as he didnt seem that happy,out of interest, why is it brown and whats it made up of?
