Well, I was going to post a new thread for each day, but since I have the report on my website, I thought I'd just attach the links for each day. Lazy, Lazy, Lazy! :rotfl: Hope you enjoy it! The kids had such fun helping me write this. They just couldn't pick which picture they liked best, so we just posted a ton of them. We can't wait to get back already. Thanks to all those others who post trip reports. We read them everyday to get our Disney fix!

**SPOILER WARNING** If you don't want to know all the details of the Family Magic Tour, don't read Day 8. The kids wanted me to put EXACTLY what happened to help them remember, so it's really detailed! No kidding, it's almost minute by minute! But there are some fun pictures.

Cast:
Me - SAHM and lover of all things Disney
DH - the proad papa
Peggy - My older sister and beloved Aunt
Brenna - DD 9 - has read the Unofficial Guide from cover to cover numerous times.
Erin - DD 6 - my sweet little red head
Molly - DD 1.5 - super attached to Mommy

Our Photopass Pictures
Day 1 - Animal Kingdom and the Luau
Day 2 - Magic Kingdom and Epcot
Day 3 - Epcot and Hoop Dee Doo
Day 4 - MGM and Wishes
Day 5 - Typhoon Lagoon and Illuminations Cruise
Day 6 - Animal Kingdom and Fantasmic
Day 7 - Magic Kingdom and Cirque du Soleil
Day 8 - Family Magic Tour

I just finished your report. Thanks it was great.I can't wait for your next trip when Molly will really love it. A couple of questions if you don't mind. How do you order those wonderful desserts? and where did you get the glow ears?
I usually stock up on the glow bracelets and necklaces but I have never seen the ears. TIA

I believe the Grand Floridian bakery number is 407 824-2978. At least that's the number I had in my notes. You have to order them in advance and they can serve them in any restaurant at the Grand Floridian. You can also order them to go and pick them up or have them delivered in a white bakery box. If you order them to go, you can also order them on a white chocolate disk for an extra charge, but when I placed my order, I was told they couldn't do that at the restaurant.

We ordered the ears from the same company that I bought all my glows. They actually said they were bunny ears. It takes three bracelets to make one ears. It is basically a headband that you snap the bracelets on. Each headband was only $.20. I got 300 glow bracelets with connectors (it takes two bracelets for a necklace), and 6 headbands for about $30 after shipping. We got them from www.berniesglowsticks.com We got the mixed tubes of bracelets, so there were 5 different colors. We got several duds, but with so many it didn't matter. :teeth:

Excellent report ~ Thanx for posting.

Mimif1,

Thanks for the info. I'm going to the glow stix site right now. I can't decided when to get the desserts at the Gala Dinner or just pick them up for another time. But I'm going to get them! :goodvibes

Thanks for the great reports.....but I gotta ask why did her poor feet hurt?

I'm not sure, because she's never had that problem before. I know she has really flat feet, but other than that... :confused3 Thank goodness I read these boards and had bought some CROCS. They really saved her.

Great reports! Has Peg tried Birkenstocks? They are moulded to foot shape so really supportive. Yes, they look quite ugly and very hippy, but I bought a pair at one of the outlets (because my sister bought a pair a couple of years ago and said how comfy there were). I must say i did have second thoughts when I got back to the hotel and started walking around, because they havve so much support it does almost feel like walking on a ball! But you soon get used to it and they're really comfy!

In fact DH, having mocked and been very dismissive went out and bought a pair of his own yesterday (sadly not from a discount store....) :wave2:

Thanks for posting. Your trip was wonderful. I loved all of the pics.

MazdaUK - I love my Birkenstocks. I must have 8 or 10 pairs. I found that QVC shopping has at least one pair on sale at most times. I just go to their website and look in the shoe section under Birkenstock. They are a lifesaver.

Thank you SO MUCH for your trip reports. For some reason I was quite blue and missing WDW today. Reading your trips really started to bring the place to life for me and I feel so much better now!!

robberl187 - thanks for the tip! I'll check QVC

Loved your report and how you integrated so many photos into it. Your kids are super gorgeous (I have one like Molly at home) and the description of the Family magic Tour brought back our memories from january. It is so worthwhile doing it with fantastic character interaction. BTW, didn't know you could meet Bleakley, how cool!

Thanks so much for sharing,
Claire

Actually, Pleakley is a statue! He's cool though. :cool1:

Loved your reports. Just one question, you stated you had a AAA viewing for Illuminations. Do all AAA packages include this?? I booked through AAA and would love this if it's included.
