I strongly reccommend TGM.He knows what he is doing and it can make a big difference in your trip.

Minnie was there too. I think he was replacing Chip and Dale..it was a cool surprise!

I think I am losing my mind tonight. I forgot all about Donald from Scott's report and I don't know how I missed the picture of Minnie in your update. I think my brain is fried from my traumatizing day. I think I am going to go to bed now and hopefully wake up with my brain back in working order!

I was so excited to read your report about Chef Mickey's! We arrive September 22 and Chef Mickey's is our first meal and first character experience when we get there, ressies at 5:10 pm I can't wait! I heard the kids really love the napkin twirling and yours really seemed to enjoy it! I'm really looking forward to this meal...because it will be my first time meeting Mickey and Minnie too

So, Donald is replacing Chip and Dale...that's kind of cool! How long does it take all the characters to make their way around to see you at the table? Since it's our arrival day and the girls' first time on a plane I just think they are going to be exhausted from all the travel and no naps It won't matter though...we'll be in WDW

Those jibbitz you mentioned...are some of them only available in WDW? I haven't seen some of the ones you said you bought and they sound

Great update, I love the napkin twirling shots. Poor gma! I was never really fond of the food at Chef Mickeys for breakfast but have never been for dinner. It doesn't sound too different!

It took about an hour and 10 min to see all of them.Goofy was about 15 min behind the rest.I had seen the ones we bought online but not in any of the stores around here.Chef Mickey's will be a great way to start your trip!

I think Chef Mickey is about the characters and not the food.I like to see all the characters without standing in a lot of lines around the park. They really got into the napkin twirling-even GP!

We encounter the same long line here that night for dinner.
DD was new to us here, Chip and dale were here in 2005!
My kids did not like the mickey head shape pasta AT ALL!

There were a few pictures that I couldn't view (had red x's in boxes). But the majority were there and they all looked fun. I keep hearing that the food is not that great so we skipped it this year. Never have been there actually. Oh well. Looking forward to more....

Chef Mickeys looks like alot of fun--Im so glad because we do have a ADR there (our first time)!! That and Hollywood and vine are the only charecter dining we have schedualed so were keeping our fingers crossed that they are both enjoyable. LOVE THE PHOTOS!!!

HI!It was pretty far but I didn't mind.It just meant that I always dropped off and then picked my parents back up at the door.

We got on the monorail to Epcot and the kids were being really silly.. Me+three silly rambunctous kids.

We were almost to Epcot when the monorail car slowed and then stopped.Illuminations was happening and it was beautiful.

I was torn between enjoying the view and getting to Test Track before the crowds left Illuminations and headed to Future World.I decided to relax and just enjoy.

We arrived at Epcot and walked as fast as we could to the gates and hurried through bag check and ticket scan.I know we got EMH bracelets but I don’t remember where or when for some reason.
All of a sudden rushing didn't matter and we stopped to look around.The fountains,the music,the lights-it was all so beautiful.
I love Epcot at night.

We walked over to Test Track and the standby line was saying 40 minute wait. I know my kids and they are line snobs but this time they didn’t care.They were ready to ride! I expected someone to stop us so that Rachel could be measured but noone even looked twice at her.In fact she was only measured twice the entire trip by CMs.

The kids were great in line and made friends with a couple behind us in line.They like to look at all the stuff throughout the line anyway.

I was afraid that Rae would get nervous when the lights went off for the intro movie but I was wrong.She was more intent on climbing the railings.I swear she turned into a little monkey on this trip climbing everything she got near.

Rebekah and Peyton sat together in the back of the car and Rachel sat between me and a teenage girl who was riding for the first time.She was really nervous and asking a ton of questions about what was going to happen.Rae looked at her and said”don’t worry Sissy said its like riding with my mommy and she only scares daddy”.
(Peyton is "chewing" his nervous habit if chewing the inside of his cheek)

If you haven’t ridden this ride at night then do it! It is fun during the day but FANTASTIC at night!BTW,it took us 40 min from the time we entered the line to walking out.That’s not too bad.
