Friday May 21,
After only 3 hours of sleep after dropping off the kids and finish packing (never mind my wife swapped the suitcases with my daughter and the tickets etc were in that bag, had to run out to get those) at 4:00 AM we were on our way to Logan for our 6:30 flight on JetBlue. Walked right in to ticketing and security with no wait, and off we go on to Orlando.
Great flight, landed 20 min. early and our Tiffany Towncar was there waiting for us. Sunny and around 90. She helped with our bags (only had 2 checked and a carryon, but nice anyway). Pulled the car up, nice and clean, cool, and smooth. Right to CBR and they checked us in to Jamaica 4540. The person at the desk realized it was our anniversary and wished us a happy anniversary. Bell services took a little bit to get our bags moved to our room, but the Gentleman was quite nice with the transport and luggage. Tried to get into our room but our key would not work, there was a maid nearby and she tried, it seems the battery was dead for the door lock and our baggage guy said he was going to call someone and get them to fix it. Sure enough in about 7 min, someone showed up to open the door, she said our man actually hunted her down to unlock the door. (Thanks again)
Went out to get our lunch , checked out the resort and my wife wanted to nap (did I mention we only had 3 hours sleep the night before?) I was so excited I was not tired, so I went to the pool for a couple of hours. Woke up my wife and we went off to the Boardwalk and Jellyrolls. Checked out the shops and such, and we were planning on having appetizers for dinner. Be forewarned if you are going to Jellyrolls, NO FOOD, just drinks and some spicy popcorn, made for an interesting night. Only 7 people when it started, ended with standing room only at 12:30 (imagine how tired I was). If you get the chance definitely do Jellyrolls, and absolute blast, thanks Karen, Buttercup went over well.
