I think ours is open till Tuesday, but nothing is really left in the store anymore, I think they are down in 90-95% off. Our Toys R Us was called Geoffrey's. Our store was one of the 1st ones in the U.S. and was suppose to be a model for others. I think more people used Geoffrey's for birthday parties than for anything else.
I bought our first "Playstation II" with a carrying case, 2 games and 2 controls for $199 and I got a big plush Winnie the Pooh. This was 5 years ago. They did have some decent sales and they did stay competitive with Walmart.
I wonder what happened. Now we have another empty building.
