Our stay at the Swan

I really like the location of this hotel. The staff was always very polite and helpful. My son loved watching the Epcot fireworks through the little round window at the end of the hall.

We had some problems with bugs in our room, and were moved. The heat did not work in our new room, but we did not want to pack and unpack again. They tried hard to make us happy and did offer some financial compensation for the problems that they could not quickly resolve.

When we stayed at the Swan the heat didn't work well either. They called an engineer in to fix it. I'm surprised they didn't move you to a room with a working heater!
