Our Segway tour had an unexpected surprise!

DH and I went on the Segway tour at Epcot for the second time last fall. The best part was that we had an unexpected surprise right in the middle of the tour! While World Showcase was still closed, our tour group found a bunch of the characters playing the children's game of "Red light, green light!" right next to the area where we did the "free ride" part of the tour. Within a minute or two the characters started waving to us and posing for us! I call this a bit of Disney "magic"!

I was just considering booking this tour. How was it? Is it very crowded? I am not the most coordinated person, will I be ok? Just FYI, it will be me and my husband and we are late 20's early 30's

How old do you need to be to go on a Segway tour? I assume that there must be some lower limit for kids......

That is an excellent question! LOL When we drove up to the area on our Segways, we were visually able to see what they were playing; King Louie was in the front, with his back to the rest of them, and the others would take steps towards him, then when he'd turn around, the other characters would freeze. Maybe I'm thinking of another children's game?? LOL It is also possibly that the CMs with the characters were calling out 'red light, green light'. lol They may have also been using hand signals, but I was so thrilled to see all the characters that I didn't pay attention to that. Once the characters saw us there, they stopped played and started posing for us. lol
