We had a 725 ADR on Friday 7/12
We arrived at 715 and checked in. The check in process is an abomination with several hundred people shoved into this area waiting to be called to their table
There is no microphone so the seater has to scream the names at the top of their lungs meanwhile those waiting are herded like cattle and forced to stand near the suits of armor. There are no seats and is very unpleasant.
We only waited 15 minutes past our ADR time but it seemed like much longer.
Our server named Karen was excellent. The food however was mediocre
Disney needs to step up their game here as $60 a person and 2 dining plan credits does not equal a signature experience here
Needless to say it is off our list in the future!
