We had an opportunity to visit Club 33 at Disneyland a few weeks ago. Here are some pics we took:

OK - embarrassed to admit that I don't know what Club 33 is. I have not been to Disneyland since I was 4. I'm assuming it's a restaurant. Where is it located? It looks gorgeous.

It is a private club. You have to be a member or be with a member to get in.

The waiting list to become a member is like 15 years.

Thanks for explaining it. The linkwas very intreesting. So Daddio - are you a member, or do you know one? How was the food? The restaurant looks beautiful!

Oh - and via their website - they are no longer accepting applications because the waiting list is too long right now. I wonder how much a membership costs? We need to get out to DL - I can only vaguely remember the castle and It's a Samll World from my trip there eons ago!

That box of Angel Soft looks really out of place with those nicely marked Club 33 napkins. I'd love to be a member but we live no where close to Anaheim and likely couldn't afford it anyway.

You'd be surprised by the number of members who aren't close to Anaheim nor even in the country. There are quite a few!

One-time membership fee for companies is $27'500 and $10'450 for individuals, then there is a recurring annual fee of $6'100 resp. $3'275.

And then there is if course the price of the meals you consume.

At least, park admission is included for the day when you have a reservation at the club.

There is also a club 33 at Tokyo Disneyland, but it is located on the second floor of a building in World Bazaar. Funny though, as there is an almost identical New Orleans square at Tokyo Disneyland, the door behind where the entrance to Disneyland's club 33 is hidden, exists there as well, but it is a regular store entrance.

Daddio, I'm so envious that you actually got to go in and partake there. I wish they'd do tours, even brief tours, for us "peons". I'd love to see the place. So did you take one of the napkins as a souvenier? Do members have to make reservations to eat there, or just show up anytime the park's open? Thanks for the pictures.

One last question-I just noticed that there's a company membership. How does that work? Are there a certain number of membership cards or can anyone from the company go? If the latter, I think I want a job at one of those companies.

Oh this has been my dream since I was a little girl.... alas it is a dream on my Bucket List that I am nearly certain I'll never cross off.

We were very fortunate to have friends of ours invite us to join them. They have access through a member. My order was delicious. I had the Chateaubriand and I don't think you could get a more tender piece of meat. Others had chicke and fish but I don't think they were quite as impressed with their meals.

Hey D. I was just a lowley guest so I have no idea how the company memberships work. The lunch cost me $100.00 but had a 1 day park hopper ticket included, which if bought at the gate, was worth $101.00. Not a bad deal eh?

and yes, you need reservations in advance! Even if you're a member!

Thanks for the great pictures. This has been a dream of mine for many years and thanks to a special friend will be coming true this December. :)
