Our quickest trip to DL!

We were only there for 1/2 hour tonight. The crowds were awful, but the weather was great!

Wonderful photos!!!! I live out of town from DL, but, I can't imagine going for 30 minutes and being able to pull myself away! ha! If you live close, I suppose it seems more possible to me! Thanks for showing the photos, they are great. So festive.

What i heard was that most of the Halloween stuff will be gone by opening on Nov. 1st. They have christmas stuff up by the end of the week

No, not smokey at all. The weather did cool down a lot today. There was a nice breeze. Right now it's about 5:30pm and 70 degrees.

It sounds like the OP was there. I was there on Friday night when they were cancelled . I thought about attempting to go on Saturday but I couldn't bear sitting and waiting a second night with my kids only to have them cancelled.

So, did I make the right decision???

Were they cancelled???

We left before they went off, but people were in position to watch them in front of the castle, so I assumed they were going to have them. We left around 8:45pm.

I am longing to go at Halloween time, and at Christmas time. If all goes well, we will go November 2007, upgrade to annual passes, then go again October, 2008. Just the decorations alone look like they are worth the effort!

Thanks for sharing!!! I was there in early october of this year. The main entrance and the large pumpkin as you walk into the park is fantastic.

Thanks for the pictures pppiglet!! We did not stay after dark because my granddaughter was too tired. It was great seeing the evenng shots!
