Here's a couple photos of us during the Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.
I had received a couple of emails regarding our costumes, and today I promised DisneyFan that I'd post the photos. Here they are. The kids' costumes were purchased at Party City. I made my husband's costume (vest, knickers, shirt) and a retired Broadway seamstress made my costume. I purchased it on Ebay.

pirate: Awesome costumes and photos!!! pirate:

I'm not much of a "dress-up in costumes" kinda gal, but I must admit you guys look great. Very, very nice!

Forget the "we wants the red head, we wants the red head"

I'm thinking "we wants the brunette" ;)

Absolutely breathtaking!!!

THis looks like a professional photo... Wow looks like a lot of fun, I myself am too shy to dress up...

 Thank You, Thank You  (especially the Brunette comment!!)

My husband is a fun guy (fungi, ha ha ha) but I was VERY Surprised that he decided to dress up. I purchased the tickets for MNSSHP a few months before the trip, as well as my costume. He kept going back and forth about the costume, but finally said, Well, I'm not gonna know anyone down there anyway, so get me a costume....By that time it was too late to order something special on Ebay, so that's why I made it.

You don't want to get on the cruise and hear your daughter/son say, Look Daddy, that whole family is dressed up....because you know that she would have liked you to get dressed up, too; what kid wouldn't?

For All You Hubbies Out There......Just Do It!!! Put your shyness aside. You will not look like an idiot if you dress up, you'll look cool! You only live once and your kids Will Never Forget It! They'll think you're the coolest for dressing up, and besides, you're doing the Disney Cruise where the only one you'll have to impress on board are your kids :wizard:

And here is our family on the

We purchased DH a great costume at Halloween Adventure before Halloween last year. Paid about $30.00. I wanted to wait until the day after to take advantage of everything 50% off but figured I better get it now. Good thing there were none left, although I was able to get some accessories at half off. I also purchased myself and DD costumes (very nice wench style) for about $6.00 each which are very similar to the ones in the pictures. They also had pirate hats for $3.00. We arent cruising until Nov. 2006 but are ready for pirate night. So if anyone is crusing after Halloween this year check out the day after sales. Word of advice: Our store was only open 1 day after halloween and I was there when the doors opened. I love clearance sales!
