Then all good things must come to an end... Disney trip is over and Daddy must go back to Iraq

I also have a few more pictures to add that I need to scan. I will scan them and add them later today. I am also going to add my photo's from the trip before this one as well. I am enjoying looking at all the pics again and reliving our trip

i am crying looking at your daughter's pic of her dadding having to leave....i can't even imagine it. My 3 year old cries when she can't see her daddy for 1 day because he has a long day at work. i hope it is not a long wait until november when he comes home again. you must be an amazing mother and wife. you are in my thoughts.

I need to tell you a couple of my thoughts as I looked at your photos...

The first pic of your daughter with your husband made my a bit teary as I always love seeing our servicemen, especially when they make a return. Very heartwarming.

I enjoyed seeing your daughter's pics and how princess-like she was. Adorable.

But I really did have tears when I saw the pic of your husband saying his goodbye to your daughter. It totally yanks at my heart. Thank your husband for his volunteering to protect our country. I appreciate him and others that do the same!

Thank you everyone for your kind words and support for my husband. This is my husbands second tour in Iraq and we will be glad when this one is over.

We also went to Disney World right before he left so I am going to start
posting those pics now. I havent gotten around to scanning my photopass pics yet so I will add them later..

Okay this is from June 2006. Our first WDW as a family and our dd first time going.
This is the night before we left

We stayed at Allstar Movies and it was such a cute place. We stayed in the Toy Story building. I had read on here that it was one of the best at AS Movies and it really was. We really got a kick out of the toy soldiers on the roof since my husband is a Soldier. The whole area around the building was adorable.

First Stop Magic Kingdom..

Kaylee and Daddy on the flying carpets. Kaylee loooooooooooovvvvveeessss this ride. I have lost count how many times she has rode it.

we went down and waited to see Aerial in the Grotto. We seriously waited around an hour to get to see her. Thankfully they have the big splash area the kids can play in as you wait..

Okay heres more

Cinderellas Royal Table for lunch. This was our first Character meal so we were pretty excited. I love how beautiful it is sitting inside the castle and how special it makes you feel just by being in there. The food was pretty good and with all the character interaction and the photo package plus the beautiful atmosphere it was worth it. We didnt realize though that the tip is included in the price and we left a substanstial tip. Afterwards we learned we didnt have to tip, but thats okay cause I liked our waitress and she was super sweet. Kaylee was amazed the whole time during the meal. It was amazing that she ate anything , because all she was doing was watching all the princesses Our family had a very special time there

Not to long after lunch they were having the 50th year celebration show at the castle. I think that was what it was called. But , we loved the show and seeing all the Prince's and princesses. Here are some of my fav pics from it

Here is one of my favorite parts from the Jungle Cruise lol

Later on when they had the show on at the castle I got a shot of the fireworks at the end

Riding along in the small world ride. I love this ride. When I was kid my family got stuck on this ride and my sister still wont ride it and cant stand to hear the song its a small world after all since when we were stuck we had to listen to it over and over non stop. That was back in the early 80's, u would think she would be over it by now lol I also always wonder how much money all that change would add up too. Theres alot of coins in there

And the Spectromagic parade which I love!!!! Snowwhite walked up to my daughter and gave her a hug it was so sweet. I caught it on video thank goodness This parade is definitely one of my favs

I took a pic of the Mcds at WDW. A very pricey McD's too. I need to the lighten the pic , but once again I am to lazy lol Anyway, I think this is such a cool Mcds!!

Next day we got up and headed over to Animal Kingdom and had breakfast at Rainforest Cafe. DH and I both had the Tonga toast, I loved it but he wasnt as crazy about it. It is sweet though and I wasnt able to finish it, not to mention it was huge!!

Here we are at the table. I loved all the aquariums and how the animals come alive. Can be scary though for small kids, I saw quite a few get scared and my daughter wasnt crazy about some of the animals that came alive. She was 4 then.

First stop once we got in the park was the Safari ride. That is so much fun and I really enjoyed seeing the animals.

after doing AK we headed over to Epcot since we had Princess story book dining booked for late lunch..............
