Our Owners Locker is great!!

Just wanted to let everyone know our experience with this program. We recently made two trips to Disney using our Owners Locker. We logged into the web site filled in our trip details and the locker was waiting for us at SSR when we arrived. All of our items were saftely stored, nothing broken etc., at the end of our trip we stuffed it full called bell services and sent it off until our next trip. The next day I received an email from them saying the locker had been picked up and safely put away. It was flawless. We figure it will eliminate one suitcase next trip and we won't need to pack liquids, toiletries and our just for Disney items. I would highly recommend it.

I have never heard of this? What is the website? and is it for DVC owners when they are at their own property?

Its actually not a DVC or Disney company. How it works is you rent a storage Tote or locker as they call it. When you travel to Orlando they will deliver it to your hotel or resort and it will be there when you arrive. When its time to leave you have Bell Services pick it up and the Owners Locker folks pick it up and store it until your next trip. It holds a fair amount of stuff, if you go to their web site you can see pictures of the locker and a better description of the program. We love it, as we usually fly with all the restrictions now its great to leave most of the restricted items in Florida as well as left over adult beverages a kettle etc etc... You should check them out

Actually, it's not even specifically for Disney. Owner's Locker has contracted with something like 200 hotels in the Orlando area. I recommended it to a friend, and as it turns out he was in Orlando at the time. He has a non-Disney timeshare. He called Owner's Locker that morning, and received his locker that afternoon. He's thrilled with it and is planning to add lots of goodies to his locker on the next trip.

The nicest part for me is not having to unpack all the little things. I loved coming home with just clothes. There are debates about the locker. Some people say it is less expensive to just ship your items to the resort. Probably so, but I hate the inconvenience. I go to Disney a couple of times per year and I don't want to worry about shipping times. DH was a bit skeptical...at first. After seeing everything that went into the locker...I win!
