Our One day One night Magic Trip to the World!

I love Disneyworld, I guess that's pretty obvious or I wouldn't be here. I have been several times as a teenager, and then once as a wife and mother. Wife to Eric and mother to Peighon who was two on our first trip and Paige who was an embryo during our firsy trip. Our first trip was in September 2006 for Peighton's 2 nd birthday. I had discovered that I was pregnant a few weeks befoer we left, so no big rides for me! : (

Fast Forward to a year ago. We decide that we are traveling to Orlando with our Church for One Heart Many Hands a service project to coincide with the Church's General Assembly. I have family in the area , so our plan was for the girls and I to visit while Eric worked really hard helping out a gentleman named Willie who had been in a wheelchair for several years and had no way of gettting to his bathroom......I'll leave that for you to ponder.

So we had decided no Disney for us this time.

Disney for free?......Can we go?

So ..... Eric worked for 6 days straight about 11 hours each day. The first two of those being on the roof during and extreme heat wave.
On the very last day he threw out his back, he could hardly move. We had been staying in a hotel , so I packed up most of our stuff and loaded up the van. We were going to stay at my Grandma's for another week or so.

When we got there we decided that the best thing might be some hot tub action for Eric's back. It was there that we met our Disney Angel!!!!!

My Grandma lives in a retirment village in Kissimmee so we were in the community pool. We were chatting with the sweetest lady for some time. The girls loved her and she was fawning all over them!
The girls got out for a moment and she quietly asked me if we were going to the park? Disney Park? I sadly said no I don't think so. She then told me she was a Cast Member and if we wanted to go she could get us in!
I was in shock! I told her that was so generous of her , but I didn't know if we could accept it. I know what was I thinking!?!

She explained that she gets 3 passes a year, and that for several years they had gone unused and she really would like for us to enjoy them! Well ok if you insist. However there still was the issue of Eric's back. He could barely walk to the bathroom how could he do Disney????

Well we talked it over and my dear husband decided that we couldn't pass this up and he would muster through! I love him so much!
So we call Karne and decide which day would work best for us , she tells us she's working that day and will meet us at HS at 9 am!

Then, my mind starts to wander, wouldn't it be nice if we could spend the night after all day in the parks? So we call, and next thing you know we are reserved at ASMusic for one night! This was my first Value. I have stayed at Carribean Beach and Polynesian. We stayed at Fort Wildnerness on our first family trip!

So the morning arrives and we leave Grandmas's or Gigi as we call her and head over to check in!

It was early so I was fully expecting not to have a room , but I just wanted the parking pass. So I go in , no line, no wait. Room Ready! In the Broadway Building 8 first floor. No time to check it out, off we go........
