We'll be visiting the World in the hot hot heat of August:eek:. My parents and sister (37) decided to tag along for the ride, but my parents are frugal foodies. To save money, but have a "decadent" trip, we ended up with 5 adults and one child sharing a cabin at Ft Wilderness, during free dining...but we upgraded to DxDP! I know, we're weird! We do rope drop every day, with long breaks in the afternoon. We'll have Papa - 65, Grammy - 63, Dad - 41, Mom - 39, Auntie - 37, and Z-man - 7. Here's the grand plan:

Friday - arrival day.
Hoop De Doo - 7:15pm

Saturday - MK
Cinderella's Royal Table - 8:10am
California Grill - 5:50pm

Sunday - Epcot
Teppan Edo - 12pm
Le Cellier - 6:50pm

Monday - Studios
Sci-Fi Dine In - 11:15am
Citrico's - 6:15pm

Tuesday - AK
Yak & Yeti - 11:30am
Artist Point - 6:15pm

Wednesday - Free Day
1900 Park Fair - 8:10am
Narcoossee's - 5:35pm

We're going to be in a food coma by the end of the week - is it wrong that I'm looking forward to eating this much?

Those are some great ADRs!:cool1:

Hoop De Doo is soooooo much fun!

1900 Park Fare is a great buffet

Citricos is amazing and Narcoossees is great too! At Narcoossees, you can linger to see the Electric Water Pageant on the lake...my DD9 loves doing this.

Cinderellas Royal Table (CRT) is a great way to see the princesses...breakfast would be better than lunch or dinner I think (I have done lunch & dinner). A photo with Cinderella is included with this so it is definately a princess dress opportunity.

We are trying Teppan Edo for the first time and can't wait...we love hibachi!!!:yay::yay:

It looks as though you will have an awesome trip!!!!!:wizard::cheer2:

New to us this trip are: Hoop De Doo, Teppan Edo, Citrico's and 1900 Park Fair. My only regret is that I don't seem to have left my little guy an evening to hang out and go to the campfire at Ft Wilderness.....there may be some tweaking in my future!:rolleyes1

and tweaking is so much fun!

BTW, great choices! I cannot wait until my children are a little older and we can start enjoying more restaurants that are not buffets and character meals.

You should see what time the Campfire begins as you may be able to since your dinner ADRs look to be early enough. Perhaps make a post for info about the campfire and timing your dinner so you can do this.

I am sure that someone on the Dis can help you! :worship:

I know - I feel like we have a good balance this trip, with a couple fun meals for my DS and some nice ones for the adults. It doesn't hurt that my hubby is sneaking DS down a day earlier than the rest of us for a dream boys night at the Contemporary, MK view, complete with dinner at Chef Mickey's. I'm totally jealous, but DH has crazy work hours and they don't get nearly enough time together!:lovestruc

I absolutely will - DISers rock!:goodvibes I've read that the campfire starts at 8 during the summer, but will need to verify if that's still the case at the end of August. I'm thinking the night of our California Grill dinner just might work...
