We have 3 kids ages 4, 8, & 11 and will be joined by grandparents and eventually SIL and her dh. Breakfasts are in-room unless we have a character meal. We have 1 nt at CR then are heading to our timeshare which has a full kitchen.

Fri 11/22 supper Beaches & Cream (have PS at Chef Mickey's if we're too lazy, but price increases make B&C very appealing)

Sat 11/23 - 2:00 Garden Grill, skip dinner - snack only

Sun 11/24 - our kitchen - not going into parks

Mon 11/25 - 11:00 50's PT, 5:25 Sci Fi Dine In

Tues 11/26 - 2:30 Tony's, dinner is small picnic

Wed 11/27 - AK - ctr service, picnic, or nearby McDonald's. (B&C for supper if we opted for Chef Mickey's on Fri.)

Thursday (Thanksgiving) 8:15 - CRT (woohoo!), boys eat lunch at Pirate Cruise and we skip it, 4:30 LTT, 8:30 dessert during MK fireworks cruise

Fri 11/29 - 8:40 Epcot Storybook Princesses, 1:30 Le Cellier with whole group OR meet for supper at Mama Melrose, Sci Fi, or 50 PT. Still waiting for the group to decide, but the PS's are in place, so all I have to do is cancel what they don't want.

Oh, by all means, go to Chef Mickey's for dinner! We did this our first night at Disney (no parks) and it was the perfect start of a perfect vacation! Fun characters, wonderful food - it was great! It will be a tradition for us from now on.

Everything looks fine to me. Congrats on scoring those good PS's for Turkey Day!

Thanks for the comments. We really have a fantastic Thanksgiving planned. I'd tried to get CRT for every day before then with no luck. You know, I've read so much good about Chef Mickey's that maybe we're going to have to break down and do that especially since we're staying at CR that night. I do have a PS so it's an option. This is a very special Thanksgiving for our family as we've faced a few traumatic events over the past 14 mos. I want it to be a magical vacation, so I'm rethinking the Beaches and Cream the first night. We can do that when we leave AK. I'm open to any thoughts on our dining plan.
