Day 6 Thursday September 21, 2006
Very Special Day for Miss SMIG and Me too!!!!
With Magic Kingdom have AM EMH, we (Miss SMIG and I) decided to take advantage of it. It was only going to be Miss SMIG and myself, but then everyone else decided to join us
Well here is our SPECIAL DAY I woke up around 5:00 am as I do every morning, my feet were still throbbing from the night before, damn my DH for making walk an extra 100 miles that day (just kidding dear) I woke Miss SMIG around 6 am and told her to start getting ready, that I wanted to leave within an hour, I went down to get coffee.
Got back to the room and not only was Miss SMIG up and getting ready, HollyLynne had started stirring. I had to download pictures from the day before, so while did that the girls finished getting ready. We were just about ready to leave when DH decided that he was going to come with us Okay off we went. We stopped to get the girls a snack and I needed more coffee, and we waited for the bus.
We got to Magic Kingdome around 7:30 am, no we were not the first family at the park, so we didnt get to help open the park for the day. Miss SMIG and HollyLynne got in line to go in actually they were one of the first, there was the cuties little girl talking to SMIGGY, she was really sweet Okay the let everyone in the park, just as fast as could, Miss SMIG runs toward the castle, keep in mind I am getting play-by-play from HollyLynne DH and I walk towards the castle, actually into the castle and low and behold, there is Miss SMIG and everyone else were stopped by an actual rope I know that it is called the rope drop, but I never thought there would be a rope.
Well Miss SMIG and Megan were at the left end of the rope, when they dropped the road, Miss SMIG and Megan ran into Tinkerbells Treasures YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miss SMIG got to wake up Tinkerbell .
I know, I should have finished this last week, but like I said, things are just crazy here at the office and at home too.
Now that we all know what happened to Miss SMIG, I guess I have to fill you in about the morning events of 9/21.
Well, Thursday, September 21st, just happened to be DH and mine 10 year Wedding anniversary, so before heading out to Magic Kingdom, we exchanged some gifts I had brought with me a couple of shirts, pre-wrapped. Before we left, DH had bought me a beautiful Anniversary Ring, which I left at home, because I didnt want to lose it. Well, I thought that was my gift, but no . he bought me a Tinkerbell snow globe stocking holder I just love it .
Well anyway, after Miss SMIG woke up Tinkerbell, she and DH went on Buzz Lightyear. HollyLynne and I went to guest relations to pick up our Congratulations button for DH and myself it was fun wearing them, CMs would ask, why we were being Congratulated, and we would answer 10 year Anniversary
Anyway, the day went well, it was hot, but went well I did almost everything I wanted to do that day from the haunted mansion to IASW I actually video taped it Now I just have to figure out how to burn the CD
We had ADRs at Cinderella Round Table, DH and I had our Congratulation buttons on and our server asked why, when we told her she did the most wonderful thing She not only gave us a magical moment and also champagne glass that say Cinderella Royal Table. It was just wonderful
Anyway, we did a little shopping and then headed towards the castle to watch wishes
