Day #5...

My husband made arrangements for us to get massages at the Disney Institute at 8 am. I am not an early riser but I was definitely up for some pampering that particular morning. All our walking had caught up with me and my muscles were SORE! I highly suggest DI if you want to have a massage. I felt like a princess and Brian was very impressed too. After the massage I spent about an hour in the hot tub and then I had some hot tea and read the newspaper. I was so relaxed but yet rejuvenated and ready to take on any theme park.

After getting ready and eating lunch in the food court, we went to AK. Neither of us had been on a Safari tour and so we ran to do that first. It was pretty exciting but kind of one of those things you only need to do once. (Until we bring our future kids to DW) After that we ran over to It's Tough to Be a Bug. I loved this show. I've always preferred 3-d's and motion rides so I already knew I would like it.

We left AK in the afternoon because we were so hot. We rested back in the room and then got ready for our Cirque du Soleil show that night.

We got to DD around 6:30 and our show was at 9. We decided we'd just grab dinner down in DD and then head over to our show. Well, everywhere we looked had huge lines and so we finally found a restauraunt with immediate seating...Planet Hollywood. No thrills here, we just ate and then go out of the mayhem. Those restaurants are all the same!

We had some time to kill so we ran into Disney Quest again and played some games. My husband really liked the old arcade games that were tucked back in the corner. I played Pac man for a while and that was pretty cool.

It was time to line up for our show so while standing in line we made small talk with another couple who also happened to be on their honeymoon. We took pictures of them and they took some of us. They were both very friendly and I believe they said they were from Virginia. We saw lots of honeymooners in the parks wearing the bride and groom hats, we didn't buy those because of the intense heat.

La Nouba was terrific and it was my big honeymoon gift to my husband. He had never been to a Cirque show and so he was really impressed with their skills.

Day #6...
We woke up early and had a character breakfast at the Garden grill in Epcot. I've always been a huge Mickey Mouse fan and so I really pushed for a character breakfast. The place was pretty dead and so we got a lot of good Mickey time. I'm not sure if this is an unpopular CB or if it was because we had the first seating but the food was delicious. We were presented with a giant Mickey shaped chocolate chip muffin here.

By the 6th day we could see the major increase in the crowds. We went to MGM and some of the rides had 30-45 min waits. We should have known to expect this with Labor Day weekend and all but atleast we had the days before when it was nearly empty.

We went back to MGM so my honey could try Millionaire again. We got fastpasses and had lunch at the Sci Fi again. Loved that place!! We got free dessert again! No luck at Millionaire and the other lines were much too long so we left.

We swam in the hotel's pool and then got ready for our special night at the MK. It started to rain and we dashed in to our ps's at Crystal Palace. It took about an extra hour to be seated because no one wanted to get out in the rain. (It was really pouring when we arrived at the restaurant) We were finally seated but didn't get window seats like we wanted. Oh well. The food was very good and we got even more cake here and the champagne glasses. The fireworks went off while we were eating and it was still a special night.

Our final days...

Sounds great! We've gotten massages at the GF spa before, so I know how relaxing they are...I could sure use one right now...LOL...Again, sounds like you guys are having a great time! Thanks for posting....
