Good Day All,
I think we have set our September itinerary as much as we possibly can for now. Please review and let me know your thoughts. We are traveling with 6 adults a 3yr old and an 18 month old. We have the dining package.

Saturday - Arrival - Relax get settled and have dinner at Cape May Cafe.
Sunday - Chef Mickey's Breakfast - DHS - Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package for Dinner.
Monday - Breakfast at Hotel - MK - Late Lunch (need suggestions) - Hopefully Dessert Party for fireworks
Tuesday - Tusker House Breakfast - AK - Ohana's Dinner
Wednesday - Breakfast at Hotel - Epcot - Akershus Dinner
Thursday - Any park that we may feel needs a little more time. Only a 1/2 day.

We are not planning out QS lunches, as we do not know how the girls will hold up. We are thinking some days we may just go back to the Resort and eat and hit the pool. Thank you in advance for your suggestions/opinions.

can you provide some details on the dates you are going and where you are staying, etc? have you check the crowd calendars at each of the parks (easywdw dot com) is a good free one.

We arrive 9/24 and leave 9/29. We are staying at CBR. I have not checked the crowd report I didn't know there was a free one. Thank you for the link.

Have you considered Whispering Canyon Cafe for your late lunch? It's only a boat or bus ride to MK and the atmosphere is great for little ones.

Looks like you have a great plan, here are my thoughts:

Saturday - Arrival - Relax get settled and have dinner at Cape May Cafe. Sunday - Chef Mickey's Breakfast - DHS - Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package for Dinner. On our 2009 trip, even with the reserved seating we had to go to the line 30+ in advance. Just a heads up
Monday - Breakfast at Hotel - MK - Late Lunch (need suggestions) - Hopefully Dessert Party for fireworks You NEED to go to Tony's Town Square Restaurant for a late lunch right around the time of the parade. Make a reservation for 30 minutes before the parade and ask to be sat outside. Make sure you wait for that outside table and you will have perfect seats! And try the creme brulee!)
Tuesday - Tusker House Breakfast - AK - Ohana's Dinner
Wednesday - Breakfast at Hotel - Epcot - Akershus Dinner
Thursday - Any park that we may feel needs a little more time. Only a 1/2 day.

Let me know if this helps!
