Oh yeah, I remember that rainy day. We were talking about you on Judy's thread that day hoping you were safe and inside or was it on here. I can't remember but we were worried.

I can't wait for the Trek shots too!!

We WERE concerned for you and everyone who was down in Florida. Crissy too, and Tink...it was scary.

well, you will have to wait....I'm volunteering at Megan's school for the rest of the week, so that cut's into my DIS time, plus need to get a few other things done too, like groceries, cleaning, etc.

You mean you have a life off of the DIS??? That isn't any fun!
And Crissy wasn't pushing, just expressing excitement...me on the other hand...not pushing either, my time is coming and I don't want to hear it...
(I hope when you read this the banter comes across the way I intended it to..sounds one way in my head, not sure how it will read... Thankfully you know me well enough, others who read it might not).
Now I really DO have to hit the shower before I am late.

Beautiful pictures! I especially love the ones of you and Megan in front of Spaceship Earth and in front of the castle in World Showcase.

Armand (Remy's friend) is a real character. When we were there last December he said "Oh, I see it is your anniversary, you may take my picture!" and he leaned in towards me and I got this shot:

You??? Relaxed???? REALLY???? I seem to remember there was some laundry going on ....that is DEFINITELY not relaxing at hotels...and you called me...and it took several times since I wasn't home at first....okay, MAYBE you were relaxed compared to driving to and from the beach and the most jam packed birthday...I can see how that was definitely a down day ... compared to others....

if you remember I did take a nap that day too! the laundry only took 45 min...ran down, put in washer, back to room, back to put in dryer, back to room and them to pick up...laid on the bed while talking to you, was off my feet, so that was good!!

I am usually at school for small amounts of time...anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so its not that bad at all...besides is gets me out of the house...even though it does cut into my DIS time

thanks Kathy, we did get some great photopass photos! we loved the interaction with Armand too, made for a fun dinner!
volunteering today will only be 30 min of math tutor, so a quick one!

hope to have AK day and Wild Africa Trek up by monday....have so many photos to go through with this one!!! AKL photos will be farther down the road, that was day 8!

OOOHHH! Thrashers. YUMMY! And my other favorite is Fisher's caramel corn. Both a must do everytime we go to OC. We are only about a hour for Ocean City and go all the time. You'll probably drive past us on your way down in DE.

We always bring home a few tubs of Fisher's too. LOL

we love those rides too! when we went in 05 I think we rode the Land ride 3 or 4 times

Megan loves her bday minnie, she has a collection of about 30 different minnies from over the years!
well I had shipped down a box of things, plus kept another box from one of our gifts....did have somethings we had used up and left behind a couple things that I had packed that had no meaning...it was tight, but got all our gifts, souveniors and important stuff home!
well we did have a second day for DHS scheduled, it was supposed to be a half day but ended up being a full day.... so stay tuned!

my day schedule just changed....Megan woke up feeling icky with her cold....unfortunately I shared mine with her.... so she's back to bed and I get to stay home....guess I will work on my swaps and scrapping all day inbetween taking care of my girl!

Great day 2 photos at Epcot! I got a picture of my husband inside that phone booth too like you have of Megan. Love the topiary and especially the one of you and Megan with Beauty and the Beast! Never did eat at Chefs De France and how neat that Remy made an appearance! I just watched a little of Ratatouille that was on the Disney Channel when I was channel surfing this weekend.

How fun to go back to your room and find a towel animal beside Minnie! I'm glad that Megan likes her. I knew you said she collected them and I hoped the ones I got were ones she didn't have.

Too bad about the rain out on day 3!

Hope Megan gets lots of rest and TLC from mom and feels better soon!

no they are swaps for scrapbooks....they are on the Creative Community forums....we have different themes, make up something for each person in the group and then swap the pieces...its a lot of fun and a neat way to get different elements for our scrapbooks!
