Our giclee is cut

When we received our 07/08 book and giclee I did not notice. But when I took out the giclee the other day I noticed there was a slice along the frame side. If I call MS will they replace it? No scams involved, it really is sliced and I didn't do it!!!

if you are going to WDw soon - take it with you and show it to the manager or your guide. they make help you to get a new one.

if you aren't going anytime soon - call your guide. they can be very helpfully in things like this.

We are going 4/11. We don't have a guide..we bought resale. Should I take it and just go to HH and show a manager? Thanks for the comment about Mits. He sure is missed. We think about him all the time and that photo is SO him. He looks so "classic" Mittens there (as I well up with tears).

Hemespheredancer - I have two prints. I bought one from e-bay when I thought my September resale purchase didn't qualify me for a print. The other one was sent by member services in mid December. PM me if you would like me to send you my spare one.
