Just a warning to everybody to check your paperwork carefully! Ours arrived from Disney last week (we go in 3 weeks
) and when I was looking through the accommodation and ticket vouchers I couldn't see any mention of the dining plan. I didn't know if there should be so I thought I would call Disney to find out. To be honest I was really calling to make sure they had the room request noted as when I called a few weeks previous to make that I wasn't convinced that they had noted it down (as it happens they hadn't).
The Disney agent had a look at the booking and said it was good that I had called as the dining had actually dropped off and it would have been a problem had we got to check in and not rectified it. Apparently, if they make a change to the booking it can sometimes just disappear. I was a bit confused as we hadn't made any changes but she said they had made an administrative change at some point.
It's all sorted now, firstly they sent a new invoice showing it added and then new vouchers. I just wanted to warn people as it is obviously something that does happen occasionally and would hate for someone to have the hassle of sorting it on arrival. At least they have the room request down now too!
