Our first time at the Fort - UPDATE days now complete

I'm with you Tina. I like a shower at the end of a long day of driving, even if we are just in the Walmart parking lot. I sleep better. Ours is just 6 gallon, but we always have enough.

I totally agree with youz guyz,,
ain't nuttn better than a shower at the end of a long day of drinking,,
uh, driving? Yeah,, that too.

I just finished reading your whole report straight through :goodvibes

We're planning on taking our travel trailer down in October and I can guarantee y'all that I will not be

Making nifty keen matching shirts
Driving (forget about the rolling switch thing!)
Selecting wrenches (had zero idea that there are different kinds of wrenches)
Frying anything
Showing this trip report to my own husband.

You are ruining it for all of us lazy camping wives out there.

WOW! Just had the chance to read your trip report from beginning to end and all I can do is echo everyone else in saying.."WOW!" You are certainly a power planner! But I do believe you might just win the prize of "Ultimate Park Hopper!" Holy Cow! From here to there and back.....and all without using Disney Transportation! :worship:

Now....the next time you get to come down with the RV....try to take a day (or more!) to relax and enjoy all the Fort has to offer! A day at the Fort is just as special as a day at any of the parks....and you can still have your character moments at the campfire with Chip and Dale. And resort hopping....take the boat to the Contemporary and in the evening you will surely run into Capt. Hook and Smee. Ride the monorail... just because. Ride bikes or walk to the Wilderness Lodge....these things shouldn't be missed. A Camp Day is a must! And park that car for a day!;)

P.S. The comfort stations at the Fort are GREAT! We always use them for showering while we are there. More room, more hot water...just easier. Give 'em a chance!:thumbsup2

Have a great trip in October! Our next trip isn't until December so until then I'm just Dis'n it!

Thanks  Our park schedule and days we really do just what ever we feel like doing. It depends on everyones mood, the crowds, etc. We take votes and majority rules.

One day, when the kids want to slow down , we will definitely be back to the fort to take in all that it has to offer.

As for the comfort stations, nothing against them. In the old MH we used them all the time. Seems with the kids the age they are it is just easier to do them in the MH then to drag everything and them to and from.

Booked Pop Century Oct 9 - Oct 18th.

Have a great time in December. I will be sending pixiedust: that the weather is warmer than last year.
