June 22 - Beaches & Cream
1st voucher
Prime rib sandwich w/fries
Onion rings
Mango smoothie
Fudge mudslide

2nd voucher
Double cheeseburger w/ fries
Onion rings
Mango smoothie
No Way Jose

Everything was sooooo good. It was too much food for 4 people with healthy appetites! The food was brought out already divided onto 4 plates, which was really nice. We ordered two diet cokes separately, but really didn't need to. Didn't ask if we could order the kitchen sink because we could see there was no way we could eat it all. The bill would have been $54.62 without the vouchers & diet cokes.

June 23 - Beaches & Cream
1st voucher
Double cheeseburger & fries
Caeser salad
Diet coke
Banana split

2nd voucher
Double cheeseburger & fruit
Onion rings
Mango smoothie
No Way Jose

We ordered a little differently this time so we didn't overdose on fries & onion rings and we shared everything. This time the food came back on two plates instead of four. The banana split was the biggest and yummiest I've ever seen! The caesar salad was great too! I don't know what the final bill would have been because the waitress just came and asked for our vouchers and never brought the receipt. I thought that was a little odd, but it didn't seem to matter so I didn't ask about it.

June 27th - Pepper Market - Coronado springs
1st voucher
Ribeye steak
Veggies
Cherry puff pastry
Diet coke

2nd voucher
Ribeye steak
Veggies
Pastry
Diet coke

3rd voucher
Hawaiian personal pizza (ham & pineapple)
Small cup cole slaw
Large cinnamon roll
Diet coke

My DH and teenage son each used a voucher here for their steaks. They both said they had a lot of fat on them and my son thought the veggies were gross (not a big surprise). My DD and I shared the pizza, cole slaw & huge cinnamon roll. Didn't know if it would be enough but figured we could always order something else if we were still hungry but it filled us up and was delicious. The food coming from the mexican area looked wonderful and we hoped to make it back another day to eat some of the food there but we never did. But the portions looked plenty big enough to share and just looked wonderful! We weren't that familiar with how the Pepper Market worked and it was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was okay. I knew about ordering from the different stations and paying at the end, and about 10% being added but I was confused about the card that had to be stamped. Also other than giving us the cards and bringing the initial drinks we never saw our server again so the 10% thing is a rip off in my opinion. No refills on drinks, etc. But all that has nothing to do with the vouchers. Never got a total on what everything would have cost us without the vouchers but the steaks were around $14 each and the pizza alone was $10. The only thing I didn't like with regard to the vouchers is that no one seemed real familiar with them and I was afraid of ordering something that wouldn't be covered when it came time to pay. The cashier seemed to know exactly what to do and when I gave her the 3 cards and 3 vouchers she said thank you and there was no charge.

June 28 - Epcot World Showcase
We had several vouchers left and it was our last day so we decided to have a little fun with them. We went around WS and at several countries we ordered just one meal and split it four ways to get a taste of different things. Not always the best use of the vouchers value wise but it was fun.

1st voucher - Norway
Open face ham & cheese sandwich
Tossed salad
Lg. diet coke
Lg. sweet pretzel covered with almonds

The total here would have been $14.29. This was the best meal and we'd eat here again. All the desserts here looked wonderful and it was hard to choose! Everything was very good and we didn't order the most expensive items.

2nd voucher - Germany
Chicken sandwich
Potato salad
Black forest cake
Lg. Diet coke

Total here would have been $12.79. The people working here were really friendly and fun to talk to but the food was GROSS! My DH got the honor of eating the sandwich & potato salad all by himself while the kids and I helped ourselves to the delicious cake. The sandwich had whole mushrooms on it that kept falling out. Also I think it had tomatoes. Anyway it was gross. I had one bite of the potato salad and it had a strong vinegar taste. Not good!

3rd voucher - good ole USA - Liberty Inn
Bacon double cheeseburger w/ fries
Fruit cup topped with ice cream
Diet coke

Since the kids and I were hungry from not eating much we used a voucher here for something we knew we'd eat! The total would have been $13.12. DH and the kids ate all the fruit & ice cream and said it was great. It looked really good too. They aren't as generous here with what you can order. I tried to order the root beer float as the beverage since it was listed under the beverages and not under dessert but was told it was not allowed. Also asked if I could order a drink in the souvenir mug as the beverage and was told no.

4th voucher - Morocco
Shawarma platter - chicken & lamb
Diet coke
Some cake looking dessert with fruit on top

I had one bite of the dessert (didn't really like it) and several bites of one of the side dishes that had a lot of onions (I love onions!) It was good! There was another side dish that we all thought was really gross but we don't know what it was. It didn't seem bad at first but then there was an aftertaste that came back and bit hard! DH ate all of the meat because the kids and I were full by this time.

It was fun eating around the world. We probably wouldn't eat at Morocco again (with or without vouchers). If we ate at Germany again we wouldn't get the chicken sandwich. We would definitely eat at Norway again!

Hope this info is of some help! Beaches & Cream was by far our favorite and we wish we had had time to go there again!

Thanks so much for the info on Norway!! I'm off to look at the menu! Did you use any of the Sit down lunch vouchers?

No, Chris, we didn't get any of the sit down lunch vouchers.

We used the vouchers last week (Q&C) and used them similarly at Beaches and Cream. Our server (Tim) was amazing...and he was helping us get the most of the voucher.

I enjoyed reading your post. We are going to BCV in December and haven't decided if we should use the food vouchers. Where did you get your food vouchers? Ebay on average sells them for $14.00 to $18.00 per voucher and I am wondering if that is a good deal.:Pinkbounc

Fredonna, I got the vouchers directly from Connections. They were $11 each for the Quick & Casual. I didn't get any of the $29 vouchers and I'm assuming those are the ones you see for sale on ebay. I've never bought anything on ebay so can't really give you any advice there. Maybe someone else can give input.

Good luck!

Actually it's the 11.00 vouchers that Fredonna is seeing on EBAY, it's a complete rip off....

You can sign up for a 30 day trial for 1.00 & order your own vouchers yourself... or you can join for a year for 80.00... I'm keeping our membership, I got 100.00 worth of Toys R Us vouchers for 80 & I just used them at the 50% off clearance event, it was a good deal, so Connections does offer more than just the vouchers... For the 11.00 the vouchers at least break even, and a few of them are steals... all the rest fall somewhere between break even and an excellent deal...

Anyways, sign up direct at https://www.connections123.com/join.asp?PC=ENT

or go through Mypoints & get a 25.00 GC (think they still offer it).. either way it's 1.00 for the first month & 80 for the year...

Thanks for the info, all. I'm amazed how many folks have been duped into thinking the vouchers on Ebay are a good deal. I'll go through MyPoints for Connections today!!!
