We earned five GAD passes. We used four of them to get our day free and upgraded our tickets to 8-day passes. We redeemed them at Guest Relations outside MK. The CM was very helpful and allowed us to upgrade them on the spot. The Guest Relations window is to the right of the turnstiles, not the little round building in front of the turnstiles.

I bought my daughter's park ticket from Undercover Tourist so we redeemed her GAD pass for the FastPasses at DHS. Again, we did this at Guest Relations outside the turnstiles. We were able to get five FP cards since that's how many were in our group. The Donald rides were TSM, ToT and RnR. Daisy rides were LMA, Little Mermaid and Star Tours. We used all of our Donald allotment and only one of our Daisy allotments on Star Tours. No one in our group was interested in Little Mermaid and we walked into the 4:30 show of LMA at the last minute.

I did bring original copies of my kids birth certificates. We had absolutely no problem redeeming our GAD vouchers!

Hope this helps someone with their planning! :)

1. When you say original copies of birth certificates, do you literally mean you obtained an ORIGINAL with a raised seal or can I just bring a copy?

2. What time of day did you redeem outside of DHS? Before rope drop? How early did they open for you to do that?

Thanks!

1. You can just bring a copy. It does not need to have a raised seal - you can make a copy on your copy machine/printer. Birth certificates are only acceptable as ID for kids under 18. Anyone 18 and older has to have a state or Federal photo ID. Government issued photo ID is preferred for everyone, but kids can use a birth certificate or copy.

2. Will Call opens about 30 minutes before the first guests are allowed into the park, including those with early ADRs. So it will open about 7:30 at DHS (either on a 9:00 opening day or an 8:00 EMH day).
