We stopped in at Epcot's Guest Services Monday to get the DAS for our 2 sons. A CM with an iPad came up to us in line and asked how she could help us. I asked for "stroller as wheelchair" tags. I also showed her our old GAC and said I needed to get cards for the boys. She said "Oh we don't have that card anymore" and I told her we knew that & understood about the return times. She asked if they both needed them, asked their names, took their pictures and then had me sign them. They are both autistic so their disability isn't physically obvious. It was very surprising but also very nice since I've heard horror stories about getting the new cards. I'm so glad I saved the old card! I always go in expecting to have trouble and it always turns out much better than I expected. For us, Epcot has always been the easiest place to get our cards and we've never had to wait more than a few minutes in line.
