Our Disneyland Holiday

Me, my husband & our daughter, Zoe, went to Disneyland Paris on the 5th of January 2008. It was SO much fun !

We all enjoyed everything. We loved so many rides, including It's A Small World, Peter Pan's Flight, Autopia, Pinocchio, Pirates of the Caribbean, and a whole lot more.

But the characters were just the best bit.

We had a character meal in Cafe Mickeys, in the Disney Village. That was great.

There was the parades, which were the Once Upon a Dream parade in the Disneyland Park, and the other parade in the Studios. Both were wonderful.

We stayed in the Disneyland Hotel. It was gorgeous, and we could see people walking into the park through our window. Every day, some characters came into the hotel lobby and signed people's autograph books. Zoe loved that!

Zoe's favourite part was meeting all the characters. Whenever we go on Disney holidays, she loves meeting all the characters!

Sounds like you had a fab time. Did you manage to catch the end of the christmas celebrations? We're going 4th January 2009 and can't wait!!! Any tips on beating the cold weather?

No we didn't catch any Christmas celebrations. The way to stay warm, we found, just put on warm clothes like hats and scarves and big fleeces!

We did catch a 15th birthday celebration though. It was called the Candlebration. By the sounds of it it'll probably be running when you go, Cookie334. Apparently the 15th birthday celebrations are extended until March 2009. Sounds great!

Oh, Elaine, we're not planning a trip to Disneyland Paris, but to Disney World Florida.
