Monday 8/22 Le Cellier for lunch $131.32There were 3 of us.
We had : 2 iced tea,1 cappuccino freeze, shrimp cocktail, cheese soup and canadian cheese selection. DH loved the shrimp cocktail, the soup was good but I felt it was overrated, and my friend did not expect to have goat chhese in the cheese selection. She was thinking it was going to be the usual cheese and crackers.
Entrees: Pan seared beef tips vol-au-vent, grilled petit filet and steak burger. All were very good , no complaints.
For dessert we split the signature dessert plate and my friend had the fruit cobbler. The cobbler was huge . We all ended up tasting everything. All of the desserts were exceptionaly good.

Tuesday 8/23 Mama Melrose $135.04 plus $15.xx for the cake. There were 4 of us for dinner. We were celebrating a friends birthday. I had ordered a cake for her over a week in advance. When checking in, I'm glad I reminded them because they forgot.I didn't realize they forgot till later. The waitress practically ignored us. Took forever to even get our order taken. We manage to get through dinner, she brings the cake and just plops it on the table. No happy birthday or anything. We did share the cake with 2 other tables. I did want to try the other desserts too. We all ordered the gelato, she forgot to bring it till it was mostly melted. Oh, the food was ok. No better than Olive Garden though. I will be calling the manager I spoke to about the cake this week. He was not there that night.

Wednesday 8/24 Liberty Tree Tavern $124.45. 4 of us again. Food was good, predictable though. Saw the characters alot. It was a fun dinner.

Thursday 8/25 Prime Time . Used 1 table credit and paid for 2. (on plan, $35.43, paid for $37.45) The food was good. Our waiter , Topher, was a hoot. Very friendly and funny. He split the bill up to save us money. Put on the plan the most expensive items. We did tip him extra .

Friday 8/26 Whispering Canyon $115.53 Three of us tonight. This place was so much fun. I can't say I wanted to do the hokey pokey but it was ok.
The banana dustbowl was the fav amongst us. The steak was so very soft, even at well done. If you order the nachos, be aware they are huge!

That's it for now, I have been typing forever. If you have questions feel free to ask.

Sounds great! My taste buds are watering already! 18 days and counting. We are on the dining plan too, so we will definately be eating well! Cheers!

Great reviews...thanks!

We are going to Le Cellier for our first TS, but for dinner. I am really looking forward to it, especially the Shrimp, and the steak!

Thanks for posting!

Do you think the steak at WCC was marinated in something? It sounded yummy and very tender the way you described it. :goodvibes

I don't know. I only got one very small bite. :) DH didn't share very well. My meatloaf was very good though.

Glad to hear about the good meals. Sorry about Mama Melrose. We always liked it there but after reading these threads am thinking again about going there.
My DD and I are very glad to hear that our FAVORITE "cousin", Topher, is still
at our favorite resturant!! Sure hope that he is still there next August when we return. :cool1:
