our choices....critique please

[Rock'n Robin]

Here is what we have for our March trip--5 of us, 2 adults and kids will be 16,12,9. We have DDP.
Thurs 3/20: MK and Chef Mickey's (have to go once, love looking at the pics and seeing how the kids have grown up).
Fri 3/21: AK day--no TS scheduled (saving 2 for Sunday) but we will eat at Flame Tree for CS lunch and then at DD at night, we are thinking Earl of Sandwich (OOP).
Sat. 3/22: MGM--50s PTC dinner (another fav. of the kids)
Sun 3/23: Easter--Typhoon Lagoon and then Yachtsman Steakhouse for dinner. Our first signature restaurant in all these trips!
Mon 3/24: Epcot: Tutto Itallia dinner
Tues 3/25: Blizzard Beach and dinner at Kona
Wed. 3/26: MK and dinner at Crystal Palace (first time since 2000)

Other CS stops will probably be Pecos Bills or Cosmic Rays at MK, the land CS at Epcot.

OMG - Last year we ate at Yachtsman Steakhouse on Easter Sunday and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!! It became the new #1 on DH's list of fav WDW restaurants (DH is a very serious steak eater). And the special Easter dessert was awesome for the kids! Great choice!

We loved Kona and Crystal Palace! We are probably going to try Yachtsman on our next trip, so be sure to report back on this one. Have a magical trip!

Your choices sound great and well thought out, that's great you are saving up a TS credit from Friday for a signature restaurant, and your kids are all old enough to appreciate a serious steakhouse! Plus, Earl of Sandwich is still one of the better "bargains" to be had, so that's a good place to go OOP. (and if you have a spare Snack Credit rolling around afterward, you can sneak over to Goofy's Candy Company... or wasn't I supposed to mention that?!

They sound like great fun choices! I am also a fan of the CS at the Land in Epcot.
