Ok..I watched Grease 2 about 600 times!!! My best friend and I spent one whole summer (we were 14??) watching this show over and over. We were obsessed!! I still know it all word for word

Back to topic........ Love this trip report!!!! Can't wait for more! It's been so long since I've had to negotiate a toddler melt down I almost forgot what they are like.....ALMOST!!

First of all I am offended that you would doubt my Vaultkeeping abilities... do I need to list all the stuff that is currently in the Vault?????? (Any stalkers out there can write to Utah care of Lucy Ricardo, 101 Desilu Rd, SLC, Utah)

Secondly, Don't I look cute? That is me on the phone with DISprincess UtahMama! I love Norah attempting to crawl into the bottom of the stroller!

Meanwhile back at the ranch: I was shocked to be hearing from Utah so soon cause it was her first day at Disney and all. So I assumed she called to thank me for the little giftie.. Which had been sent days ago cause I wanted her to have in upon arriving. In fact by this time POR front desk is on my speed dial and I am personaly known to all the shifts of check in girls and the mysterious person who runs the Package Room which is only open 9-4 Eastern time FYI. Which of course she had not recieved. We had a nice chat that I already posted about.... but the back story on the gift is that Lucy sent me a HUGE box that my I recieved upon check in (which was completely delightful and everyone was nice to me and I had no need for mean smilie eyes) that she had labeled every side with HUGE labels arranged in kind of a scrapbooky way (that is neat and creative) complete with Walt Disney fonts and lime green paper. My gift to her was in no way even close to the same level both in the packaging and the contents. Her gift to me was a huge basket of goodies. Did I mention that the basket was HUGE and lime green and covered with sparklies and ribbons and LIME GREEN feathers????????? And I carried it home though the Orlando airport but the HUGE LIME GREEN SPARKLY FUR ENCRUSTED BASKET is not what got me into trouble with security. No siree. For more on that story you will have to read MY trip report. Which is not written yet.

All this to say: My package was missing. I didn't want Utah to feel slighted after she had sent such a loverly gift for me. And I was afraid that some other Ricky and Lucy Ricardo were enjoying my little present. Or that the real Lucy wouldn't get it till the end of the trip. Which would not be good.

The gift...The contents yet to be revealed...was very cool and thoughtful and highly useful. It didnt arrive in my hot little hands until the 6th, after we returned back to the resort after the most insanely good BOMA food. Also yet to be reported on. You have to build the foundation before you build the roof!

DO NOT LIST the secrets in the vault! (because of what's in MY vault).

How funny, I didnt notice Norah's bum sticking out!



So? Twinkie? Are you going to write a TR for your super romantic, adults only, Cinderellabration of a vacation??? You have FANS to not dissappoint. Like ME.

Utahmama, I'm loving your report. Now, could you give me your phone number....I'm going to have 3-1/2 year old grandson at the world in just 5-1/2 days and he tends to be a whiner. I need help when he goes into toddler meltdown. It has been way too many years since I've experienced the meltdowns on a daily basis. I will be at a loss. You are much more experienced at it. HELP PLEASE!

There must have been a rash of nasty rude people that stayed the week before we arrived there. Because the people that work at the resorts were a tad bit touchy. You'll see what happens at the end of my report. If I get to the end....Just kidding....

Love your picture of the headless child in the stroller. I have a lot of those pictures. But as i say, sometimes what is showing is their best feature!

(PS loved the poop story, and I know exactly what you're talking about but i wish I didn't.)

UM, I love that picture of your crew in the lobby of Riverside - another creative moment captured by Mr. Utah!

And I am disheartened to think that WDW is hiring so many cranky tooth-challenged CM's - or maybe that the WDW dental plan isn't all it could be? Of course, maybe it's just that "Mindy Summerteeth", gets around.... Anyhow, triple kudos for an excellent handling of the situation!

What room did you get???? My family and I were in room 1407 from 09/02 to 09/09. I noticed a LGMH in the window of 1406 but I never made it over to leave a note. Was it you??? If it wasn't you, who was it?? I NEED to know!!!

All the effort to put a big LGMH in the window and NO one said anything while we were there! I ripped that sucker down on our last day.

Sorry!! I kept thinking I would leave a little note but the time just got away from me! Please know that your giant LGMH was not a waste. My DD8 asked many time if the person in that room was "one of my people". Can't believe I didn't see you as I was on the lookout for Lime all week. Did love the room though, convenient to food court, pool, and bus stop! I don't think the location could have been better! Hope you didn't hear the snoring through the walls. I swear no one snores at home but put those people in a hotel room and it sounds like a chainsaw convention!
