Hi, all,
I just made what I THINK is my last ADR for our trip in a couple weeks. We are not on the DDP (staying at SoG), so at first I was not planning to make many ADR's at all. But then we had a couple days of 90 degree weather here in Ohio, and I realized just how draining the heat can be, and the thought of sitting for a couple hours in air conditioning in the middle of the day really started to appeal to me! I went for mostly lunches because we'll go commando in the mornings, then want a break. We can swim or rest in the afternoon, then go back to the parks in the evening while everyone else is having a long dinner. (Not to mention that lunches are usually cheaper...
) So anyway, here's the plan:
Arrival late morning Friday, 6/23: ADR 6 pm Boma for me, DH, DS20. DS17 and DD14 would not enjoy the exotic foods here, so they will grab pizza or burgers at Mara and wander the AKL while we are eating.
Sat, 6/24: No ADR's -- DH, DS20, and DS17 are doing the Segway tour in the morning, and we have an Illuminations Breathless cruise that night. We'll do Sunshine Seasons for lunch and maybe snack around WS for dinner.
Sun, 6/25: Sci-Fi, 11:15 am
Mon, 6/26: Tony's, 12:05
Tues, 6/27: RFC at AK, 12:00 (family tradition
)
Wed, 6/29: Kona Cafe 12:00
Also Rose & Crown 7:20 -- not sure if we'll keep this one, but in case the Illuminations cruise gets rained out on Saturday, I wanted a backup for a good view of the show!
