My fiance and I will be going on our Honeymoon to Disney world in October this year! So excited! We decided to go with the Deluxe Dining Plan to (possibly save money) but mostly so it would all be payed for and we would not worry about money while on our trip.

Here's the list of places I plan on making our reservations. I have 2 credits left (thinking another signature dining?) if we skip one more meal.but not sure where to go yet. I make my reservations next week so give me some suggestions for some awesome restaurants or ones that may be better than the one's we've selected. This is our first time on the disney dining plan.

First night (night after the wedding) Monday - Narcoossee's for Dinner during "wishes"
Tuesday (hubs birthday also) - Breakfast at Olivias Cafe, Lunch at Sci-Fi dine in Theatre, and Dinner at Rose and Crown pub
Wednesday - Breakfast at Kona Cafe, Lunch at Yak and Yeti, Dinner at Portobella (followed with La Nouba)
Thursday - Skip breakfast (we're at Epcot this day also food and wine so plan on snacks) Lunch at Via Napoli, and Dinne at La Hacinda De San Angel.
Friday - Lunch at Liberty tree tavern

What do you guys think? (I know we're doing a lot of places on one day) but we plan on starting early (8AM for breakfast out days) and staying out however late. I want most of our lunches mid day (1-2) unless were skipping breakfast (which will eat around 11-1130). Most of our dinners around 8 or 9 depending on when fireworks go on. We also have the park hopper for the different parks on the same days. We are leaving Friday, but we could do a late dinner that night as we only live a few hours from Disney. We might even go to another hotel off property and go to Universal to do Harry Potter when we're done at Disney.

I've been planning our Honeymoon for awhile. I can NOT WAIT!

Hi Kaylee! :flower3: I'm new too and also planning a big October trip. One thing I thought was helpful from another thread was not to overplan meals for my Epcot day during F&W as others have said how much fun it is snacking around the world and that you will get full too fast to need meal reservations. I had a Via Napoli and Le Cellier reservation that day that I am now re-thinking!

Let me know what you decide to do. I just like having everyone's 2 cents!

(And best wishes on your upcoming wedding! So exciting)

Yea I agree about Epcot during food and wine. World showcase doesn't open until 11am. Then if you are snacking around the world I would think that you might be to full to eat lunch at 1. Maybe eating a light breakfast and doing the food and wine festival at open around 11 for lunch would be a better idea?

I forgot to mention that on our first day we will also be at Epcot. We should be arriving at 1 PM or so we're going to do Epcot wine festival before dinner that evening. Also, on Epcot day we're skipping breakfast and will have a later lunch so assure snacks will be had! We also have the park hoppers so anytime we're not feeling something or have some extra time we're gonna go back to epcot I think :_

That seems like a good compromise! We're doing Via Napoli in May, so I may cancel that one for October, but I am dying to go to Le Cellier so I will probably still stubbornly hang on to that ADR even if I box up 95% of my steak and take it back to the room! :goodvibes
