I have long curly hair and am spending way too much time on it.

Has anyone used Ouidad Products and is it worth the money?

I need your reviews. Thanks!

I used to use Ouidad before I started drying my hair straight. I really liked the products - I'd tried everything to keep my wavy/curly coarse hair under control and these products definitely worked the best. I used Curl Quencher. The first time I bought the smaller (normal size) bottles and when I knew I liked it I bought the gigantic bottles and used them to refill the smaller bottles. To me it was definitely worth the price...and I'm frugal! :thumbsup2
On a side note - the intensive (& expensive:eek:) conditioner - deep treatment...I didn't think it was worth it at all. Thankfully I got it for free because I never would have paid for it. The regular products work great though. Good luck!

I've also often wondered how well their products work. I've also tried the curly girl method, and it did nothing but turn my hair into a greasy matted mess!

I'm a stylist with thick, curly hair, so I'm always on the look out for the latest, greatest. I've never been incredibly impressed with Ouidad. Recently started using Deva Curl, and I like it much more. You have to get used to the non-lathering shampoo, but when I go curly, my hair is soft and moveable.

ETA: My trial run with Deva Curl was at WDW with the FL humidity. It did really well there! I've not often been able to go au natural at WDW because of the frizz factor, but I wore my hair down several days.

I have very curly hair - think ringlets. Right now, I'm wearing it in a below my ears bob, but have had it below my shoulders in the past. Ouidad's Climate Control is the absolute best styling product I've ever used. It makes my hair soft and defined, without a bit of frizz. Ever. Regardless of season or length of hair. I don't use the Ouidad method, though. I simply wash, squeeze the excess moisture from my hair with a towel, then apply the Climate Control. I let my hair air dry while I dress, do makeup etc. and then use a diffuser for maybe 10 minutes. A little hairspray at the end and that's it.

I also occasionally use Ouidad's Curl Quencher daily conditioner if I feel my hair needs some more moisture, but that's it. Climate Control is so wonderful that I don't need anything else. Give it a try.
