Quick question about purchasing OTUPs.

If I have multiple contracts, same membership, will they let me purchase when I’m short on one contract even if I have points remaining in the others? For example, if I still have points in my SSR contract but want to complete a reservation with my BRV contract.

Yes. There’s no requirement to exhaust all available points when buying OTUP.

Just a reminder OTUP can only be used at 7 months. So if you were planning on booking something w/ home resort advantage you won't be able to do it.
