OTU points question

Hi everyone!

I hope I make sense in asking this question. If I have an existing reservation that I booked using points and I now instead want to pay for that reservation using one time use points instead can member services do that or would I need to cancel the reservation and rebook?

If the reservation was booked between 11-7 months, you would have to be able to cancel and rebook. If it was booked inside 7 months MS should be able to swap points.
